 Reporting to the President, Don will have responsibility for design engineering, application engineering and all of manufacturing. He is highly pleased, and volunteered this comment as to why he accepted:

     "Growth. The president of the company stressed that this was going to be a different level of responsibility. This was the one area that he wanted to be convinced I could handle, reporting to the president and being able to make decisions on my own. This was not at all an issue for me, and this must have come through."

 Don commented on many SET Scot resources as being helpful, but reserved special praise for the website and his Campaign Manager Charlie W:

     "The two most helpful items from SET were this web site and Charlie. The search function in the site saved incredible amounts of time. Charlie is tremendous, unbelievably supportive of me as a person."
